Negotiation & Compromise

Activists often have an all-or-nothing mindset. This extremeness is actually detrimental to their effectiveness. If they want to make wins, they have to learn to compromise.

The Benefits of "Lobbying"

Lobbying is the best and fastest way for politicians to receive valuable information, at best from a variety of sources and perspectives. Activists should re-imagine their role to that of a lobbyist if they want to be successful.

Giving minorities a voice means giving them trust

For minorities to use their rights of political participation or speech, it is important for them to trust that they will be heard and respected.

The great potential of well-integrated minorities

It's not about uniformity. Integration does not mean uniformity. It means harmony. And variety, with different gifts.
